Stevia Leaf Powder is roughly 10 times stronger than sugar. The powdered extract is roughly 250 - 300 times sweeter than sugar by volume.

Please note: Our Stevia White Extract Powder is:

1) Not cut with maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is not good for diabetics and contains naturally occurring MSG.

2) Not solvent extracted, but water extracted.

3) Not bleached, but de-colored with high-pressure charcoal filtration.

4) 90% Steviocide. Higher contents of Steviocide like 98% are solvent extracted and often cheaper.

5) 100% Stevia. Everything comes from the stevia plant.
