Breathe to Relax Learn to recognize and achieve full breath getting a powerhouse of energy and relaxation to your body. Using the techniques of positioning and leverage, practice simple massage basics. Week 2:
Breath in Motion Building on the full breathe and massage basics, learn techniques for relation and massage even in the midst of a cubical kingdom, at your desk, or any work setting. Week 3:
Bone Breathing Get your bones breathing, learn to add visualization to the full breath for deeper relaxation, and tend to tension in your face and head with pressure point massage. Week 4:
Stealth Relaxation Learn to relax under pressure and undercover using stealth posture, breath, belly unwinding and massage techniques as well as props like tennis balls, rice, corn and socks. Week 5:
You, Unwound This unwinding technique works wonders for relaxation and rejuvenation. Revive tired hands and arms building on previous and new massage techniques. Week 6:

Retreat Can you
walk and breathe at the same time? Learn how to walk and breathe for
relaxation and learn some foot massage
too!
