Jeff's been busy baking. If there's anything left we'll serve it! Lucy Schroeder will be back with some of her world famous recipes but you must come early if you want to actually get any of them. We've also got the usual fresh fruits & vegetables, hot, spiced cider and an endless supply of fine herbal teas and live music from 1 to 4. Jasmine will appear throughout the day. We open at 9 am and keep partying till 6 pm or until all our products are gone – whichever comes first.

Kathy Klug, LPN, Clinical Aromatherapist, will offer instruction for which essential oils and natural stones can be used for each chakra. You will also learn the elements, colors and parts of the body affected by each chakra and some physical and emotional issues related to each chakra. Instruction in visualization for clearing and balancing your chakras will be included. This workshop includes a grounding session, handouts, 7 natural stones and 7 essential oil synergies created by Kathy to correspond with each chakra for you to take home. The final hour will be spent in a guided visualization and chakra balancing session. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can be easily removed. Cost: $30

AROMA 101: FOUNDATIONS
30 Continuing Education Hours are available for massage therapists. This 40-hour course is offered by The East-West School for Herbal and Aromatic Studies and will be taught by Cheryl Hoard. Cost is $450, which includes a set of 20 essential oils (2 ml size) and course manual.
